Esca Packectionery offers a wide
range of products: from typical pastries of the Dorgali region, to more
traditional ones, from simpler recipes to more elaborated ones that today,
as thirty years ago, receive the same care and skill needed to preserve
their traditional taste and quality. Today Giovanni and Pietrina’s
sons follow their parents’ steps personally taking care of the
processes that, over these years, have led to the production of first
quality pastries. First of all the selection of the raw materials for
the dough; only A category ingredients are used to produce Esca pastries.
Quality and genuineness have always been at the basis of any recipe,
helped by a reasoned use of the new technologies that are certainly not
aimed at replacing the Packectioner’s skill, but rather at providing
him with more effective means to develop innovative techniques for the
pastry-making.
