" Ciambelle caserecce "

At carnival time maskers used to visit home by home and were offered the "ciambelle caserecce" together with a good wine. Our company resumes an on traditional, preparing the ciambelle (flour-shaped shortpastry with a jam core) as they were in the past.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, lard, fresh eggs, pureed apricots, honey, lemon flavour, chemical yeast, milk.
