Friable and light shortbread cookies made after a delicate processing of the rich ingredients. Once baked they are filled with apriocot or cherry jam them sprinkled with confectioner's sugar.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, potato flour, fresh eggs, yolks, vegetable margarine, lard, pureed apricot, honey, vanilla and orange flavour, salt, chemical yeast. Filling: apricot or cherry jam.
